Primary 5 is where the PSLE syllabus proper begins — percentage, rate and speed, algebra, and the full Science themes. Edufarm builds this foundation solidly so P6 becomes revision, not new learning.
New P6 classes for 2027 start in November and December. Going into Primary 6 next year? WhatsApp 9186 6763 to reserve a place.
Everything taught at P5 gets revised, not re-taught, at P6 — so getting it right the first time matters. New to PSLE scoring? Read our AL system guide for parents →
The PSLE syllabus foundation for all three subjects, taught thoroughly and properly the first time.

Programmes are updated whenever MOE releases revised syllabi. Current content reflects the 2023-onwards MOE primary school curriculum.
Every class in P5 introduces new PSLE concepts thoroughly and builds solid foundations, so that by the time P6 arrives, it's revision — not new learning under exam pressure.
Small class sizes mean teachers can spot gaps, correct misconceptions in the moment and adapt the pace to the group — instead of leaving slower learners behind or holding faster ones back.
Students get early exposure to the same style of questions that appear in actual school and PSLE papers, so exam conditions feel familiar rather than unfamiliar when P6 arrives.
We introduce the PSLE Achievement Level system in P5 so parents and students understand how it works well ahead of the P6 exam year.
Edufarm has guided primary school children through the PSLE since 2002 — two decades of watching the syllabus evolve and refining materials through thousands of students.

Common questions from parents of Primary 5 students.
P5 and P6 cover the same PSLE syllabus themes, but P5 focuses on first teaching these concepts thoroughly, while P6 tuition shifts to full-syllabus revision and intensive exam practice.
Some exposure to past-year papers in P5 helps with familiarity, but the heavier past-year paper practice is concentrated in P6 once the full syllabus has been taught.
PSLE results are reported as Achievement Levels (AL1 to AL8) for each subject, added together for a total PSLE score between 4 and 32 used for Secondary 1 posting. Read our PSLE AL system guide for parents for a full explanation.
Classes are held twice a week. Each session is 1.5 hours long.
